The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and personable Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to join the team. This is far more than a support role — it is a career-defining opportunity. What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level executive support to firm leadership, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
  • Serve as a key operational hub for the team — keeping projects, timelines, and communications organized and on track
  • Manage and maintain project management tools to ensure visibility and accountability across firm initiatives
  • Support M&A deal-related coordination, including document management, meeting preparation, and follow-through on action items
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements and proactively solve problems before they become issues
  • Gradually take on expanded operational responsibilities as you grow into the role
