Why Now: need to bring immediate structure, accuracy, and leadership to their growing company’s accounting function, while helping transition from a reactive state to a scalable, process-driven environment

Ideal Experience: 6+ years coming from construction related background, familiar with construction world and industry as a whole

What Success Looks Like:

-Stabilize and organize accounting processes within Sage 100

-Clean-up cost coding, job tracking, and financial reporting accuracy

-Take ownership of AP-heavy workflows and create structure/efficiency

-Partner with external accounting firm during transition period

-Provide clarity and confidence to leadership around financials

-Currently working at a construction company (site work, civil, GC, subcontractor, etc.)

-Has likely grown with a company or stepped into a “messy” environment before

-Experience supporting multiple active jobs/projects simultaneously

-Worked closely with operations teams, not just finance
